Privacy & payments

Updated October 16, 2026. Avenlo provides this website, a simulated product demo and Stripe-hosted payment links for approved business clients.

Product demo

Use fictional information in the demo. Conversations and sample appointments remain in the page's memory and are cleared on refresh. The demo sends no SMS or email and makes no AI or calendar calls. An exported session is downloaded to your device.

Avenlo accounts

A free account can be created before subscribing. Firebase Authentication, provided by Google, processes your email address, sign-in credentials and verification or password-reset emails. Avenlo uses your account identifier, email and verification status to provide account access. Passwords are handled by Firebase; Avenlo does not keep a separate password database. Sign-in state is stored in your browser for the session, or across sessions if you choose “Keep me signed in”. Sign out on shared devices. See Firebase privacy information.

Creating an account does not start a paid service. At checkout, your verified account email is sent to Stripe to prefill the billing email. Billing records and subscription management remain in Stripe. Your workspace shows the first payment and subscription updates that have been verified and linked to your dossier. Stripe’s billing portal remains the place to review your current invoices and payment details. Account and privacy requests can be made through the Avenlo contact channel in your proposal.

Company and installation dossiers

You may save a company brief before payment. It includes your company and registered business names, website, business contact name and phone, service areas, offered services, lead sources, approximate inquiry volume, tools and priorities. After a confirmed first payment, you can submit business rules, registered business address, appointment preferences, staff handoff contacts, FAQ answers and information about your access and contact-permission process.

These details are stored privately with your verified account identifier and email in our server-side database. We use them to review service fit, prepare a proposal, configure the agreed service and track installation. Your account can read and edit its own dossier. Authorized Avenlo administration can review submissions, request changes, export a setup brief and maintain an installation checklist. Internal operator notes are not displayed to clients.

Drafts stay available across sessions after you save them. Submitting a dossier creates a notification in Avenlo’s administration area. It does not start a subscription, approve messaging permissions or activate service. Do not enter passwords, private keys, tax IDs or homeowner personal information. Arrange software access through secure invitations. Updates can be made through your account; deletion and privacy requests can be made through the Avenlo contact channel in your proposal.

Payments

Checkout and the billing portal are hosted by Stripe. Business identity, billing address, email, payment information and proposal reference entered there are processed by Stripe and available to Avenlo for billing and onboarding. Avenlo's website does not receive or store card numbers. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Payment records

The website keeps a restricted server-side record of verified Stripe events: transaction identifiers, dates, currency, amounts and payment or subscription status. A server-created checkout reference links an approved dossier to a verified payment. The website stores the related Stripe customer, subscription and checkout identifiers so your account can show confirmed payment and subscription updates. References or payment claims supplied by the browser do not prove payment. This supports reconciliation and reliable handling of duplicate notifications. Payment does not automatically activate service. These records are not publicly accessible. Required billing records are retained to meet applicable obligations; unnecessary operational records can be reviewed for deletion on request.

Hosting

The hosting provider may process technical access information to deliver and secure the website. Avenlo has added no advertising pixels, analytics trackers or browser storage to the demo.

Questions and service data

Existing clients can use the Avenlo contact channel provided in their signed proposal for billing or privacy requests. Our public business email will be added once it is available. Roofing lead processing is covered by a separate client agreement, processing terms and messaging permissions before activation. This page does not replace those documents.
